Natural Meditation has been practiced since the time of the Vedaas, the Upnishadas and also explained in the Sixth chapter of Srimad Bhagvad Gita by our ancient and yogies. The word Natural is attached because "Trance Stage" can be achieved in it naturally. It has been proved that self realisation can be experienced through Meditation only.
One can experience peace and supreme joy through meditation. To overcome all types of sufferings, tentions, to achive brilliancy and success in every field, as well as all types of examinations one should do Meditation. Meditation is actually a dhyan yoga which is above bhakti yoga and all tantric yogas. It is one of the fastest way to wipe up karmas.
While Meditating few people can have concentration of mind or different types of spiritual experiences during practice, but since it's not a initiation process the expeiences are the consequences of practicing previous yoga-sadhana and blessings of Kuldevta/ Eshta Devta and all the Saints you believe in. You should believe that you can have spiritual experiences while practising meditation only.
Tips:-
1. While practising meditation cover your face with a handkerchief to protect yourself from mosquetoes and flies.
2.If you are recently discharged from Hospital do not practice without consulting your family doctor.
3.Personal Experiences may be noted down in a diary.
4.For Natural meditation one may use Padmasan, Ardapadmasan and Sukhasan.
Mostly it is found that who ever has experienced meditation naturally is really connected with the grace (of Guru, the God) as the resuld for the person who is upholding purification, or done Sadhna in pastlife or selected by the grace herself!
